Bill Dymond
President
Bill founded the asphalt division of Dymond Industries in 2014, expanding the company’s services and driving its growth with a “Service First” philosophy. His leadership and commitment to integrity have been key to Dymond’s success, and he now enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Kevin Dymond
Executive VP
Kevin, a graduate of Florida International University in International Business and Finance, has helped grow Dymond Industries from a small masonry business into a versatile, full-service company. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons and supporting their sporting events.
Mike Haufe
Chief Operating Officer
With 15+ years in asphalt installation and maintenance, Mike delivers cost-effective solutions for large-scale projects and builds lasting relationships with major property owners. Outside of work, Mike enjoys boating and traveling with his family.
Sara Dymond
VP Business Development & Strategy
Sara applies her leadership and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments. Her experience as a marine mammal trainer, where patience and clear communication were key, has contributed to her success in professional services.
Chris Phillips
VP Sales & Estimating
Chris brings creativity, vision, and expertise to every outdoor living space overhaul. With thousands of successful backyard renovations, he’s skilled in patios, retaining walls, driveways, and more—always on time and on budget. Outside of work, he’s an avid softball player and proud father.
Esteban Cabrera
Sr. Construction Manager
Esteban Cabrera has spent 20 years transforming backyards and commercial spaces across Long Island. Starting as a laborer, he’s now the top-requested hardscape installer, known for his attention to detail and dedication. Esteban is passionate about mentoring others and enjoys family adventures with his wife and two children.

Arty brings 25+ years of asphalt and concrete expertise to KDI. Known for his hands-on approach, clients appreciate how he treats each job site like his own. From residential design to commercial operations, he ensures projects run smoothly. Off the clock, he’s a top-ranked deck hockey player.
Luis Siopa
Project Manager
Luis quickly rose from truck driver to Project Manager due to his strong work ethic and dedication to learning. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Luis excels in problem-solving and communication. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding in the Catskills with family and friends.
